FEEDBACK: "Great climbs, and perfect weather. Will
definitely be back next summer for more,
the views were amazing. Makes a big difference
from wet Scottish rock!" Alan M, Perth,

Course
Overview |
|
Want
five days of climbing on sun drenched rock
in the south of France? Who doesn't. This
course is run on demand throughout the summer.
It is priced by the day and run at a 1:1 or
1:2 ratio. |
|
We
stripped everything out of the price to keep
it low, so all that you are paying for is
the Guiding. |
|
You
need to budget for local accommodation for
you and the Guide, but this is very cheap.
For the experience of climbing with some of
the most talented Guides in the world, you
will not find a cheaper course. |
|
There
is no fixed itinerary, so you arrive and leave
on whatever days you choose. In between you
climb wherever the weather is best, and in
the evenings you can eat the great local food,
and enjoy a bottle or two of the regional
wine. Not a bad combination. |
|
Dates: Run on demand
from April through to November each year for
one or two people booking together. If you

Director Focus |
|
Jean-Luc
is a local Guide and has worked with Icicle
for over 20 years. He is hugely respected
in the Chamonix valley due to his expedition
exploits in the Himalayas, though rock climbing
is his real passion. Jean-Luc knows both
the Provence and Calanques regions very
well, and will be able to select really
interesting climbs for you at whatever grade
you climb (if you have any specific routes
you wish to climb, let us know). Apart from
when he is guiding, he visits the regions
at the end of every season. |
