	All e-mails / chats / calls are replied to by experienced staff in the UK Lake District, who know the itineraries, and visit the mountains regularly.
	Client feedback reports our level of knowledge and service exceptional. We provide well informed, accurate advice, that reflects mountain conditions.
	With blended office & home working, the phone is answered 10am to 4pm. Outside these hours, please message (8am to 8pm) or e-mail us instead.

How to find us in Windermere

It really couldn't be easier, as we are just 200m from the train station, and less than 100m from the Tourist Information Office. We are on the main road from Kendal to Ambleside, so if you are driving in from J36 of the M6, you'll pass our office door. If you get the train from London, you only need change once at Oxenholme, and the journey takes 3hr15min, with trains running every hour.
